Bulging Discs & Treatment
Bulging Disc are not the same as herniated disc and may require different treatment approaches.
A herniated disc is where a crack will occur in the exterior portion of the disc. The crack generally only affects a small percentage of the disc and may cause some type of ruptured disc problem.
A bulging disc does not allot for a rupture as easily due to no crack being present in the disc itself. Bulging disc will bulge outside of their normal spacing between the vertebrae and do not rupture.
